Michele Skurek

Michele Skurek is an accomplished professional in customer experience and engagement analytics, currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience & Engagement Analytics at Froedtert Health since August 2005. Responsibilities include leading a team of consumer insights researchers and data analysts to provide strategic insights on employee and patient experiences, while overseeing vendor relationships and operational tools.
