Stacey Mueller

Stacey Mueller serves as the Executive Director of Experience Management at Froedtert Health, a role that encompasses customer experience, engagement measurement, and insights across various stakeholders. Prior to this position, Stacey held the role of Assistant Director of Organizational Change at Northwestern Mutual, focusing on change management strategies and their impact on organizational behavior. With experience as Director of Organizational Change and Quality at Goodwill Industries, Stacey built capabilities in change management and Lean process improvement. Previous roles include Patient Experience Advisor at Press Ganey Associates and Corporate Communication Manager at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin. Stacey holds a Master of Science in Organization Leadership and Quality from Marian University of Fond du Lac and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Central Florida.
