Stacy Smulka

Stacy Smulka is an experienced recruiter and administrative professional with a focus on talent acquisition in the healthcare and corporate sectors. Currently serving as a University/New Grad Nurse Recruiter at Froedtert Health since June 2022, Stacy acts as a liaison with local colleges, coordinates recruitment events, and develops marketing materials to position Froedtert as an employer of choice for aspiring healthcare professionals. Previous roles include recruitment positions at Cielo Talent, Kennametal, SSM Health, Schoep's Ice Cream, and Hallmark Cards, where Stacy facilitated full-cycle recruitment processes, trained new team members, and managed various hiring initiatives. Stacy holds a Master of Arts in Higher Education from Southeast Missouri State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
