Welcome to FROG. My name is Mike Worner, and I developed the FROG framework over many years of working in small, medium and large organisations. It’s built from my specific skill set and is a direct response to all SMEs' challenges in Finance, risk management, operations, and governance. Every business has an issue with FROG at some point. Operations Optimised - My hands-on involvement in operations has streamlined manufacturing, warehousing, and supply chains for numerous companies.
