B.J. Fink has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. B.J. started their career as a Landscape Maintenance worker at Rocket Properties, LLC in 2010 and later transitioned to the role of an IT Helpdesk Technician at Greenville College, where they provided computer and mobile device assistance to faculty, staff, and students.
In 2012, B.J. joined Acxiom as a Service Desk Specialist, offering tech support for the client Dun & Bradstreet. B.J. addressed software, hardware, and network issues and managed the creation and tracking of tickets for implementation by other teams.
B.J. then took on multiple roles at Ecclesia College, serving as a Soccer Coach and an Adjunct Professor. B.J. coached the soccer team, and as a professor, they taught classes and mentored students from 2013 to 2016.
In 2017, B.J. began their career in esports as the Esports Head Coach and Senior Admissions Counselor at Greenville University. B.J. led the esports program and guided students in their admissions process until 2021. Concurrently, they also worked as a Materials Handler at FedEx Express.
From 2021 to 2022, B.J. was the Esports Head Coach at Louisburg College. B.J. provided coaching and support to the esports team.
Following this, B.J. joined Upfluence as an Account Executive from 2022 to 2023, where they managed client accounts.
In 2023, B.J. founded RADCL Consulting, focusing on building Esports 2.0 centered brands, teams, and scholastic programs. B.J. aimed to bring about change in the esports industry.
Later in 2023, they joined Froglet Games as the Head of Community, overseeing and engaging with the gaming community.
B.J. Fink holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History and Political Science, which was obtained from Greenville University in 2012. B.J. then pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management from the same university, which they completed in 2022. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in various subjects such as influencer marketing, remote leadership, sales team management, and customer success management from LinkedIn.
