Carlos Vazquez-Chapa

Carlos Vazquez-Chapa has over four years of work experience. In 2022, they began working as a Junior Software Developer at Frogslayer and as a Software Engineering Intern at Addepar. Carlos also worked as an Undergraduate Student Assistant at Texas A&M University, where they completed a literature review of autonomous shipping containers and commodity loss. In 2021, they were a Software Integration Intern at Applied Avionics. In 2020, they worked as an IT and Warehouse Intern at Applied Avionics, Inc. From 2018 to 2020, they were a Freelance Software Engineer at K and K Family Practice, where they developed an app for internal use that digitized the PHQ-15, PHQ-9, GAD-7, and DAST.

Carlos Vazquez-Chapa is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Computer Science from Texas A&M University, where they have been enrolled since 2021. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma from Harvest Christian Academy in 2021. Additionally, Carlos has obtained two micro-courses from Kaggle, an Intro to Machine Learning Micro-Course in August of 2022, and an Intro to SQL Micro-Course in May of 2020.
