Oskar Sparreljung

Oskar Sparreljung has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Oskar started their professional journey as a Web Manager at Hjärt-Lungfonden in 2000, where they were responsible for expanding fundraising activities through online channels. After this, they moved on to Deasign in 2002, initially serving as an Account Director and later transitioning to the role of COO, managing the digital lead agency. During their tenure at Deasign, they played a crucial role in founding Deasign in Helsinki, Deasign in S:t Petersburg, and the Stockholm-based agency Fröjd Interactive.

In 2012, Sparreljung joined Ottoboni, a prominent Swedish digital agency, as an Account Director, where they were responsible for major clients and digital development. Oskar eventually became the COO, overseeing a staff of digital experts and handling approximately 45 million SEK in revenue.

In 2017, Sparreljung took on the position of Director of Service Design at Nordic Morning, where they led the service design business unit with a team of eight team leaders. Additionally, they were a part of the management team at Nordic Morning and Nordic Morning Group. Oskar also played a significant role in the merger of five agencies into one to form Nordic Morning.

Sparreljung then transitioned to Actionist in 2018, serving as the CEO until 2019. From there, they moved on to Fröjd Agency and held the role of COO from September 2019 to August 2021. Subsequently, they became the CEO of Fröjd Agency in 2021 until their departure in 2023.

Currently, Sparreljung is a board member at SearchIntent, starting from January 2023.

Oskar Sparreljung began their education with a High School degree in the Social Sciences programme from Spånga gymnasium. Oskar attended this school from 1995 to 1998. After completing their high school education, Oskar pursued further studies at Mälardalen University from 1999 to 2001. During this period, they focused on Marketing & Organization, though they did not attain a specific degree.
