Julie Song

Julie Song, OD, FAAO, FSLS, is an optometrist at Fromer Eye Centers, specializing in cornea and specialty contact lens fittings since October 2023. Previously, Julie served as an Assistant Clinical Instructor at the State University of New York College of Optometry from July 2022 to June 2023, after completing a residency in cornea and contact lenses. Relevant experiences include optometric internships at Ophthalmic Consultants of Connecticut, the Philadelphia VA Medical Center, and various roles at the State University of New York College of Optometry, focusing on advanced anterior segment conditions and comprehensive eye care. Julie earned a Doctor of Optometry degree from the State University of New York College of Optometry with a GPA of 3.89 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from the W.A. Franke Honors College with a GPA of 3.95. Julie is recognized as a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry and the Scleral Lens Society.
