Holly Michaelson

Holly Michaelson is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in academic support, recruitment, and education. Currently serving as a Senior Leader at Front Range Community College's Academic Support Center, Holly leads recruitment efforts and supports student staff in achieving academic success. Previous roles include Peer Mentor and Math Supplemental Instruction Leader at the same institution, as well as extensive experience in talent acquisition at IBM Smarter Workforce, where Holly functioned as a Staffing Consultant and Recruiting Specialist. With a foundation in education as a Foreign Immersion Teacher, Holly has taught English communication skills to young learners and has also held client service roles in the pet care and food service industries. Holly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of North Carolina Asheville and has completed a 600-hour Aesthetics Program Certification.
