Minalou Kunze–Roelens

Minalou is an Investment Team Associate at Front Row Ventures, Canada’s first student-led venture capital fund. As a Managing for Sustainability, Finance and Data Analytics undergraduate student at McGill, she is committed to driving innovation forward, pushing industry boundaries and challenging the status quo.

Eternally curious and hungry for new experiences, Minalou took two gap years before starting her undergraduate degree, working and studying in the Dominican Republic and China. Today, she feeds that same curiosity through her involvement at the student level, working on enabling diverse student initiatives, and surrounding herself with creative, ambitious minds. Combined with her time spent at fintech start-up, Moka, and interest in Impact Investing, her interest in the VC world grew, driving her to join the Front Row Ventures team.

In her free time, Minalou can be found scavenging Montreal to uncover its best secrets, in the form of art galleries, cafes and restaurants.
