Ashley Alexander

Ashley Alexander is the Chief People Officer at Front, a role they have held since January 2020. Prior to joining Front, Ashley was the Communications Manager at the American Floral Endowment from June 2018 to January 2020, where they were responsible for setting and guiding the strategy for all communications, website, and public relations messages and collateral to consistently articulate AFE's mission. Ashley has also held positions as a Digital Marketing Fellow at Hatch Apps and as an intern at News Media Alliance. In August 2017, Ashley became the Director of Public Relations at Elon University's Kernodle Center for Service Learning and Community Engagement, a position they held until May 2018.

Ashley Alexander has a Bachelor's degree in Strategic Communications from Elon University, and a Master's degree in Strategic Communications from Universitat Pompeu Fabra. Ashley also has a minor in Human Service Studies from Elon University. Ashley Alexander attended George Mason High School.

Ashley Alexander reports to Mathilde Collin, Co-Founder & CEO. They work with Vrushali Patil - Head of Platform, Albert Han - Director & Head of Core Operations, and Mohammed Attar - Chief Product Officer. A direct report to Ashley Alexander is and Kelsey Biggs - VP, Talent.
