Nelson Palacios

Nelson Palacios is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in risk analysis, project evaluation, and investment control within the construction and real estate sectors. As the Director and Engineer at Consultora Nelson Palacios & Asociados Ltda since March 2003, Nelson specializes in risk management methodologies, real estate project assessment, and investment oversight for construction initiatives. Additionally, Nelson serves as an advisor for various financial institutions and real estate funds at Banchile Inversiones, Frontal Trust, Itaú Chile, and Banco de Chile. Nelson holds a Postgraduate Degree in Project Evaluation and a degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad de Chile.
