Jessica Fields

Jessica Fields has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Jessica currently serves as the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at Frontdoor, Inc. since June 2022. Prior to that, they were the Executive Vice President & Channel Revenue Officer at Rocket Mortgage from May 2021 to May 2022. Jessica also held various executive positions at Rocket Homes, including Executive Vice President and Senior Vice President of Real Estate Strategy & Operations from January 2017 to May 2021. Before joining Rocket Homes, Jessica worked at International Bancard Corporation as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Vice President of Business Development, Emerging Markets from August 2014 to December 2016. Jessica also has experience in the retail industry, having worked at Sears Holdings Corporation as a Senior Director and Director in various roles from 2011 to 2014. Jessica started their career at The EPI Group as a Vice President, providing marketing and supply chain services.

Jessica Fields holds an MBA in Integrative Management from the Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business, which they obtained from 2003 to 2004. Jessica also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science from Michigan State University, which they completed from 1995 to 1999. Additionally, Jessica studied Deutsch at The University of Freiburg from 1997 to 1998. Jessica completed their high school education at Divine Child High School. In 2016, they obtained the ETA Certified Payments Professional (CPP) certification from the Electronic Transactions Association.
