Kate Hague

Kate Hague, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources, specializing in talent management and HR leadership. Kate currently serves as the Talent Value Leader at Frontdoor, Inc., where they oversee HR functions for various departments, including Global Senior Director HR, Digital/Technology/Product, Finance, and I & D. Prior to this, they held roles as the Global HR Director for Digital/Technology/Product and Integration & Delivery, as well as the Global HR Director for Sales/BD, Engineering, Product, and Emerging Business at Frontdoor.

Before joining Frontdoor, Kate worked at American Home Shield as an HR Manager/HR Business Partner for Corporate and Field Sales/BD. Kate also gained valuable experience at AutoZone, where they worked as a Senior HR Generalist/HR Business Partner, collaborating with senior leadership on HR strategies and providing support to a large employee base.

Kate's earlier career includes roles as a Contract Technical Recruiter at G2 Technology, a Senior Recruiter at Maxim Healthcare Services, a Staff Trainer at Carrabba's Italian Grill, a Chemist & Environmental Analyst at Sanders Laboratories, and an Intern at Wildlife Trust. Kate also served as a Recruiter/Admin in Career Services and a New Zealand Research Assistant at Eckerd College. Kate Hague, SHRM-SCP, obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Biology and Psychology from Eckerd College in 2007. In 2019, they participated in an Executive Education program focused on Strategic Storytelling at Columbia University. Kate also holds additional certifications, including the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) obtained in 2022 and the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) obtained in 2015.
