Parth Arora

Parth Arora has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Parth is currently the Director of Engineering at Frontdoor, Inc., a position they have held since January 2021. Before that, they served as the Software Development Manager at the same company from October 2019 to December 2020. Prior to their time at Frontdoor, Parth worked at World Compliance Technologies as a Product Lead for five years, from July 2014 to October 2019. During this role, they played a key role in driving initiatives, facilitating requirements gathering sessions with clients, and leading the development of Proof of Concepts. Before their time at World Compliance Technologies, Parth worked at Uniken Inc. as a Team Lead from January 2011 to July 2014. Parth spearheaded transformative projects, including the development and implementation of a corporate instant messaging product. Parth also held the position of Team Lead at Pronto Infotech from June 2010 to January 2011, where they led a team in creating a ground-breaking application for Axis Bank. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Technology Officer at Savitriya Technologies Pvt. Ltd. from August 2008 to May 2010. In this role, they guided and mentored a team in developing product services for various business verticals. Parth's first job was as a Trainee at Reliance Communications from December 2007 to March 2008.

Parth Arora completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Dharmsinh Desai University between 2004 and 2008. Prior to that, they attended St. Kabir from 2002 to 2004.
