Rachel McCoy

Rachel McCoy has extensive experience in the field of Enterprise Risk Management. Rachel served as a Senior Director of Enterprise Risk Management at Frontdoor, Inc. from February 2018 onwards. Prior to that, Rachel held a similar position at ServiceMaster from March 2003 to February 2018. Rachel began their career at Cambridge Integrated Services as a Claims Representative from an unknown start date to 2002.

Rachel McCoy holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Christian Brothers University, which they obtained from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Organizational Management from Crichton College from 2000 to 2002. Additionally, they have obtained certifications including Associate in Claims from The Institutes in 2020 and RIMS Certified Risk Management Professional from RIMS (Risk and Insurance Management Society, Inc.) in 2016.
