Director On Demand Strategy at Frontdoor

Sarah Thompson Riley has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Sarah has worked at Frontdoor, Inc. since 2018, starting as a Manager DTC Analytics and eventually progressing to Director of Product Marketing. In their most recent role as Director On Demand Strategy, their tenure is ongoing.

Prior to their time at Frontdoor, Inc., Sarah worked at ServiceMaster, where they held various positions from 2011 to 2018. These positions include Manager IT Process: Web Analytics, IT Web Analyst, and IT Performance Metrics Analyst.

Sarah also has experience in political organizing, having worked as an Assistant Field Organizer at Organizing for America in 2012. Sarah was responsible for recruiting, managing, and training volunteers for voter registration efforts.

Additionally, Sarah worked as a Consultant for VisionFund International in 2012 on a short-term project to improve the livelihood of clients and promote economic development in Senegal.

Before all these roles, Sarah began their career as a Junior Analyst in the Direct Mail Marketing Group at ServiceMaster in 2011. Sarah focused on customer retention and acquisition through demographic analysis.

Throughout their career, Sarah has demonstrated expertise in areas such as analytics, marketing, strategy, and management.

Sarah Thompson Riley has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Rhodes College. Sarah also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in French from the same institution. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in ITIL v3 Foundations in 2013, and is a certified Scrum Product Owner through Braintrust.
