Teri Tadros

Teri Tadros, CFA, currently serves as the Director of Strategic Growth at Frontenac since August 2024, following a role as Director of Business Development at Thomas H. Lee Partners from March 2023 to July 2024. Prior to these positions, Teri held the Director of Business Development title at Frontenac from January 2017 to February 2023, and completed private equity internships at Huron Capital Partners and Dunrath Capital in 2016. Teri began a career in finance at Hancock Capital Management as a Senior Associate from June 2012 to July 2015 and as a Senior Analyst at John Hancock Financial Services from June 2009 to June 2012. Teri earned an M.B.A. from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business (2015-2017) and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from Northeastern University (2004-2009).
