Sina Safayi, DVM, PhD, currently serves as Partnership Enablement Lead at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine since May 2024 and holds the position of Principal Scientist in Preclinical Research at Johnson & Johnson MedTech since January 2023. Prior experience includes founding Graduate Career Consulting, LLC, where Sina acted as CEO and Principal Consultant from May 2019 to January 2023, and serving as Director and Assistant Professor at Rush University Medical Center from January 2019 to October 2022. Additional roles include Assistant Dean at Emory University, Assistant Director at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center UTHealth Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences, and various research positions at reputable academic institutions including the Okinawa Institute of Science and Technology and Iowa State University.
