Charles Valdez

Charles Valdez has a strong background in process engineering and manufacturing. Charles currently holds the position of Senior Process Engineer at Frontgrade Technologies, a role they have held since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Process Engineer at CAES starting in October 2022. Before their tenure at CAES, Charles gained valuable experience at Honeywell, where they served as an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer from September 2022 to October 2022. Charles also worked as a Manufacturing Product Engineer from December 2019 to September 2022, and began their career at Honeywell as an Inspector in July 2015, holding the position until December 2019.

Charles Valdez completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician from ITT Technical Institute-Tampa, where they studied from 2010 to 2012. In addition, they obtained a certification from Honeywell in IPC in February 2019.
