Senior Program Manager at Frontgrade Technologies

Steve Suntzenich has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Steve began their career as a Program Manager at Grumman Houston Corporation in 1989 and worked there until 1994. From 1994 to 1996, they served as a Project Manager at Curtiss Wright Flow Control Company, where they implemented and achieved a $25 million annual sales plan and significantly improved on-time deliveries.

In 1996, Suntzenich was promoted to Program Manager at Curtiss Wright Flow Control Corporation, where they supervised various departments and personnel, including Project Management, Contracts, Spare Parts, and Field Service. Steve held this position until 2010 when they were promoted to Production Control Manager, overseeing Shipping & Receiving, Production Control, Requirements Planning, and Inventory Control Departments for the entire company's Target Rock Division.

From 2010 to 2017, Suntzenich continued their role as Production Control Manager, but this time at Curtiss-Wright Flow Control Corporation. Steve managed a team of three supervisors and twenty-four employees, focusing on overall departmental performance.

In 2017, they were promoted to MP&C Manager at Curtiss-Wright Industrial Group, where they led the Manufacturing, Planning & Control department and implemented a Manufacturing, Planning, and Control Project. After that, they transferred to Curtiss Wright Nuclear Division as the Production Control Manager and was responsible for ensuring daily shipment forecasts, meeting customer requirements, and achieving company objectives.

In 2019, Suntzenich became a Program Manager at Curtiss-Wright Corporation, initially managing projects for the Nu-Torque Actuation product line and later overseeing the entire Energy Products (EP) Product Line.

In 2022, they joined CAES as a Program Manager IV, where they were responsible for the program management of major customers and ensuring program performance and forecasting adherence to industry best practices.

Currently, Suntzenich is working as a Senior Program Manager at Frontgrade Technologies, where they serve as the program management lead and manages internal engineering, material, and manufacturing plans, ensuring on-time completion of contract line items.

Throughout their career, Suntzenich has demonstrated strong leadership, adherence to industry best practices, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Steve Suntzenich attended The Polytechnic Institute of New York University from 1977 to 1981, where they studied Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering. Steve obtained their CW Way Practitioner Level I Certification from Curtiss-Wright Corporation in June 2018, followed by their CW Way Leadership Certification in March 2019. In October 2019, they obtained their CW Way Practitioner Level II Certification, also from Curtiss-Wright Corporation.
