Ted Damaskinos

Ted Damaskinos has a diverse work experience spanning several high-level roles in the technology and defense industry. Ted most recently served as the Vice President & General Manager at Frontgrade Technologies starting in 2023. Prior to that, they were the Vice President Power Solutions at Cobham Advanced Electronic Solutions from 2021 to 2023.

From 2014 to 2021, Damaskinos worked at L3Harris Technologies, where they held multiple leadership positions. Ted started as the Senior Finance Manager and then became the Finance Manager, responsible for financial leadership and P&L management for a business unit with revenue exceeding $200M. Ted later transitioned into a Senior Program Manager role, leading the Release Systems Program Management Team contributing to significant business area financials. Eventually, Damaskinos became the General Manager, leading a business area with strong financial results and overseeing long-term strategies for growth and value creation.

Before their time at L3Harris Technologies, Damaskinos worked at Northrop Grumman Corporation from 2002 to 2014. Ted started as a Contracts & Pricing Administrator Level 1 and steadily progressed to higher-level roles, including Contracts & Pricing Administrator Level 2 and Level 3. Ted'sresponsibilities included managing major Department of Defense contracts, negotiating terms and conditions, and advising leadership on contractual requirements.

Ted Damaskinos has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from St. John's University, The Peter J. Tobin College of Business, which they obtained from 1997 to 2001. Ted also holds a Master's of Science degree in Business Administration from LIU Post, which they completed between 2005 and 2008. Additionally, they earned a Master of Business Administration degree from C.W. Post, Long Island University in 2008.
