Martin Gage

Martin Gage currently serves as the Human Resources Business Partner at Frontier Agriculture since July 2022. Prior to this role, Martin worked at Amey from May 2012 to May 2022, advancing through various positions including HR Manager, HR Manager - Mobilisations, Senior HR Adviser, and HR Advisor in different capacities. Responsibilities included supporting key stakeholders with HR matters, managing TUPE HR issues during contract transitions, and providing HR advice on disciplinary actions and employee relations. Earlier experience also includes serving as an On-site Recruitment Consultant at Pertemps from April 2008 to April 2012. Martin Gage received education at Warwick School from 1996 to 2003.
