Aaron Ward

Aaron Ward has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Aaron started their career at Talbots as a Lead Architect in 2013. In 2014, they served as the VP of Software Development at Integrity One, Inc., where they managed the development of a Property and Casualty Policy Management solution. In the same year, they also became the Director of Web Development at TBTLA Tampa Bay Technology Leadership Association. In 2014, Aaron joined Kobie Marketing as a Senior Frontend Developer and later became the Front End Manager. Aaron then worked at AgileThought as a Senior Consultant from 2016 to 2017, where they collaborated with multiple agile teams and utilized technologies like react, redux, and C# Web API. From 2017 to 2019, Aaron took on the role of Lead Engineer Consultant at Modern Business Associates (MBA). Aaron then joined ComCept Solutions as a Lead Software Consultant from 2019 to 2021. Most recently, Aaron has been working at CarMax as a Sr Engineer Consultant since 2021, and they will be joining Frontier Airlines as a Team Lead Engineer in 2023. Additionally, throughout their career, Aaron has also been involved with real estate investment through their role as an Investor at Awarded Properties from 2010 to 2019.

Aaron Ward attended the University of Phoenix from 2008 to 2010, where they earned an Associate degree in Computer Information Systems Technology. Prior to that, they graduated from Kokomo High School in 2002. In addition to their formal education, Aaron has obtained a certification in Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in 2020.
