Chad Ryan

Chad Ryan currently serves as a Pilot Cadet at Frontier Airlines since November 2023 and is also a Flight Student at ATP Flight School since August 2023. Prior professional experience includes roles as Community Manager and Assistant Property Manager at Pinnacle International Realty Group from March 2019 to August 2023, and Managerial Portfolio Rover at Property West Residential from March 2018 to March 2019. Chad's real estate career spans several positions, including Licensed Real Estate Agent at SPIRE GROUP and Douglas Elliman Real Estate, and Licensed Real Estate Salesperson at various firms, focusing on luxury sales and rentals in notable Manhattan neighborhoods from 2009 to 2016. Before entering real estate, Chad worked as a Singing Waiter at Ellen's Stardust Diner from September 2007 to March 2009. Chad earned a Bachelor of Theatre in Theatre Performance from the University of Northern Iowa in 2006.
