Valerie Tyler

Valerie Tyler has extensive legal experience, working in various roles and companies throughout their career. Valerie began their career as an Attorney at Law at Valerie W. Tyler, Esq. in 2010 before moving on to work as a Senior Corporate Counsel at Frontier Airlines in 2009. From 2011 to 2015, Valerie worked as a Senior Corporate Counsel at Level 3 Communications (formerly tw telecom holdings inc.). Valerie then returned to Frontier Airlines in 2015, where they held roles as a Senior Legal Counsel and later as a Sr. Director, Legal Counsel. Prior to that, Valerie worked at Holland & Hart LLP, starting in 1993, where they worked as an Attorney, responsible for asset acquisitions, sales and exchanges. Their responsibilities included negotiating and drafting transaction agreements, coordinating transactions with clients, and overseeing due diligence processes.

Valerie Tyler earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from Northwestern University from 1981 to 1985. Valerie then pursued a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in Law at Boston University School of Law from 1987 to 1990.
