Joshua Petrus

Joshua Petrus has a diverse work experience, starting in 2007 as a Surveyor at Harris & Petrus Surveyors. Joshua then worked as a Sales Representative at Hibbett Sporting Goods in 2008 and as a Deli Associate at Walmart in 2009. From 2013 to 2014, they served as an Administrator at South Texas Barber College. In 2014, Joshua joined Texas Champion Bank as an Accountant and later held an internship position at the same company. In 2019, they joined Frontier Bank of Texas as an Assistant Controller and subsequently worked as an AVP, Controller, SVP, Director of Finance & Accounting, and currently serves as their Chief Financial Officer.

Joshua Petrus began their education at Skidmore-Tynan High School from 2004 to 2008, where they received their high school diploma. After that, they attended Costal Bend College for a year from 2007 to 2008. Following this, Joshua enrolled at Texas A&M University-Kingsville in 2008 and studied Physical Therapy/Therapist for one year. In 2010, they transferred to Texas State University and continued their studies in Physical Therapy/Therapist for one year. Joshua then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance at Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi from 2011 to 2014.
