Jason Spinella

Jason Spinella is an accomplished professional in network deployment and engineering with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Network Deployment at Frontier Communications since August 2021, Jason previously held various leadership roles at AT&T from January 1997 to August 2021, including Director of Network Process & Quality, where oversight of national fiber build programs was a key responsibility. With a background in managing high-priority projects, including the TDM to IP transition and the gigabit-enabled FTTP initiative, Jason has successfully managed capital and expense budgets across multiple states while implementing process improvements that resulted in significant cost savings. Jason holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems from The University of Texas at San Antonio and has furthered education at Loan Star Community College.
