Paul R. Garcia is a seasoned legal executive currently serving as SVP, Associate General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer at Frontier Communications, where responsibilities since July 2018 have included supporting rapid fiber expansion across the company’s national footprint. Garcia's extensive background includes leadership roles at GE as Executive Counsel for Global IP Litigation, and as a Partner at prominent law firms such as Kelley Drye & Warren LLP and Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where successful trial and litigation strategies were developed across various industries. Garcia has also served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Northern District of Illinois, handling complex criminal cases, and is a founding partner of Partridge & Garcia PC. Educational credentials include a JD from the University of Chicago Law School and an A.B. in Political Science and Hispanic Studies from Vassar College.
