Scott Mispagel

Scott Mispagel serves as the Sr. Vice President of Network Engineering and Operations at Frontier Communications, a position held since July 2013, with a proven track record in strategic and technical leadership within the telecommunications sector. Mispagel has held senior roles including Vice President of Network Planning and Engineering, overseeing a large team of engineering professionals responsible for nationwide voice and data network infrastructure. Previously, Mispagel contributed to Windstream Communications, advancing from Director of Data Engineering to Vice President of Network Technology Planning and Engineering. Mispagel also served on the Board of Directors for Rebuilding Together North Texas from January 2019 to December 2021.
