Chelsea Stotz has work experience as a Coordinating Data Manager and Protocol Data Manager at Frontier Science & Technology Research Foundation, Inc. (FSTRF) since November 2016. Before that, they worked at Ruby Tuesday as a Server, Bartender, and Manager from May 2010 to April 2017.

Chelsea Stotz obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology, General from SUNY Geneseo from 2009 to 2013. Chelsea then pursued a Master's Degree in Public Health from Daemen University, which they completed from 2014 to 2016. In addition to their degrees, Chelsea also obtained a certification in ServSafe Food Safety from the National Restaurant Association in June 2015.
