Lanni Aquila

Clinical Trials Data Manager at Frontier Science

Lanni Aquila has a diverse range of work experience in the field of cancer research and academia. They started their career at Canisius College as a Research Assistant in the Molecular Biology Lab, where they studied expression changes in histone modifying enzymes in response to cancer treatments. They then moved on to Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center, where they served as a Research Apprentice and later as a Masters Student in the Pharmacology & Therapeutics department. At Roswell Park, they conducted research projects focused on assessing the impact of histone modifying deubiquitinating enzymes and the role of STAG2 in ovarian and bladder cancer, respectively. Currently, Lanni Aquila is working as a Cancer Prevention Clinical Trials Network Data Manager at Frontier Science & Technology Research Foundation, Inc. They also briefly served as an Adjunct Professor at Canisius College.

Lanni Aquila completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at Canisius College from 2013 to 2017. Afterward, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Cancer Sciences at the University at Buffalo from 2018 to 2021.
