Waqas Aziz

Waqas Aziz has a diverse work experience in the software development field. Waqas started their career at Avenir Technologies as a Software Engineer from May 2007 to April 2008. Waqas then worked at Talented Earth Organization, first as a Software Engineer from May 2008 to June 2009, and later as a Senior Software Engineer from July 2009 to October 2011.

Following this, they joined SNL Financial as a Software Developer-II from October 2011 to May 2013, where they were responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining internal software applications and participating in the software development lifecycle.

From June 2013 to August 2013, they worked at Connexxion Business Solutions as a Software Developer, where they designed and developed cross-platform web applications.

Since October 2013, they have been working at Frontier Software, first as a Senior Software Developer until May 2015, then as a Technical Lead from June 2015 to February 2017, and later as a Project Lead from March 2017 to October 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Head Of Web Development, leading and managing multiple teams of developers and overseeing the revamping and migration of existing products. Waqas also continues to code part-time due to their passion for software development.

Waqas Aziz obtained their Intermediate degree in Computer Science from Sir Syed Science College from 2001 to 2002. Waqas then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from COMSATS Institute of Information Technology from 2003 to 2007.
