Doug Dreyer was the Executive Vice President of Parsons Corporation’s Federal business unit. In this role, he was responsible for leading business development activities in the United States related to delivering, protecting, and sustaining critical federal assets across the defense, security, intelligence, environmental, and infrastructure markets. Doug has more than 25 years of experience in systems engineering, analytics, program management, and business development. His successful record of accomplishment includes both government and commercial experience and spans the intelligence community, cyber security, space, electrical utility, telecommunications, and health care industries. Most recently, he was senior vice president and general manager of healthcare analytics at a private defense contractor. Before that, he was senior vice president, marketing and business development, at the same firm. Earlier in his career, he worked in business development, engineering, and program management roles spanning engineering services, information solutions, spacecraft manufacturing, and commercial telecommunications for a global advanced technology company. Doug is a certified program and capture manager. He is a graduate of Lockheed Martin’s Executive Accelerated Development Program and Program Management Development Program as well as General Electric’s Management Development Program.
