Roxanne Power (CIPD) has extensive work experience in HR and people management roles. Roxanne is currently working as the Global People Director at Frontiers, where they lead a team of over 30 people across different locations. Roxanne'sresponsibilities include developing the people strategy, policies, and procedures aligned with the company's objectives.

Prior to their current role, Roxanne worked at Amazon in various HR positions. Roxanne served as the Regional Senior HR Leader for the Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) HR Project Management team, managing a team of 20 HR professionals across 10 countries. Roxanne also held roles as a Principal HR Project Manager, Senior HR Project Manager, and HR Project Manager, focusing on expansions in the EMEA region.

Roxanne's earlier work experience includes roles at Nampak as a Planning and Logistics Assistant, South East Water as a Customer Services Operator, Gap Kids as a Sales Assistant, and Argos Retail Group as a Weekend Sales Assistant.
