Hope Johnston has worked for two companies in the past. Hope started at Frontline Computer Services in 2014 as an Office Manager and Marketing Coordinator. In this role, they were responsible for scheduling, entering service tickets, managing POs, answering the phone, accounting and invoicing, and helping maintain client happiness. Hope also handled Help Desk Dispatch responsibilities such as receiving tickets via phone and email, dispatching them to correct resources, and ensuring they were completed in a timely manner.
