Support Engineer II at Frontline Education

Jessica Vega began their work experience in 2015 as a Target Cafe Team Member at Target, where they provided friendly service to customers and delivered their orders on time. In 2016, they worked as a CST 238 TA++ at California State University, Monterey Bay, assisting students in class, holding office hours, and grading assignments for an intermediate C++ programming course. In the same year, they also became a Lead Instructor for Coder Dojo at Hartnell College, teaching coding skills to children aged 8-17. In 2018, they joined Galileo Learning as a Lead Instructor, managing and teaching multiple classes on various topics related to programming. Jessica also worked at Digital Schools from 2018 to 2020 as a Support Tech II, providing technical support. Jessica is currently working at Frontline Education since 2020, where they started as a Senior Client Support Analyst and now holds the role of Support Engineer II, focusing on supporting customers of their CA ERP product.

Jessica Vega obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from California State University, Monterey Bay. Jessica attended the university from 2013 to 2017.
