Manager, Technical Services at Frontline Education

Rebecca Small has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Starting in 1979 at AT&T, they worked as a Systems Test Engineer and Senior QA Engineer, responsible for full system testing and implementing a local area network. Rebecca then became an Engineering Manager, overseeing a team of professionals and delivering software and hardware solutions for modem manufacturing. In 2002, they joined St Charles CUSD 303, where they held various roles, including Computer Analyst, Instructional Technology Coordinator, and Teaching Assistant for Accelerated Math. In these positions, they collaborated with teachers and administrators, conducted training, and wrote technology grants. In 2017, they joined Forecast5 Analytics as a Senior Account Advisor. Currently, they work at Frontline Education, where they serve as a Senior Tech Support Analyst and later took on the roles of Manager of Service Delivery and Manager of Technical Services.

Rebecca Small's education history includes a Master's degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, which they obtained from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the same university between 1977 and 1980. In addition to their formal education, Rebecca Small also obtained a certification in Geographical Information Systems from Northern Illinois University in May 2005.
