Susan Walters has extensive experience in the field of education and human capital management, currently serving as Solutions Director for Human Capital Management and Professional Growth at Frontline Education since January 2016. Walters has developed strategic product demonstrations and marketing messaging, served as a subject matter expert for HCM solutions, and educated stakeholders in the K-12 industry through various presentations. Prior roles included Director of Customer Solutions at Teachscape, where strategies were implemented to enhance client value, and Professional Learning Director, focusing on professional development for educators. With a background as a Curriculum Facilitator and teacher in Alamance Burlington Schools, Susan has a solid foundation in instructional design and teacher development. Walters holds a Master of Education from Elon University and a Bachelor of Education from Buffalo State University.
