Holly Allaire, MSIM, CPCU, AAI, AINS

Holly Allaire has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Holly started their career in 1998 as the Vice President and Agency Manager at American Casualty Insurance Agency, where they successfully managed all aspects of the agency's operations, including employee management and sales and marketing of insurance products.

In 2009, Holly joined Mendota Insurance as a Business Development Manager, where they played a crucial role in expanding the company's business.

Holly then moved to Frontline Insurance in 2010, where they have held several senior positions. Holly started as a Sales Representative and quickly progressed to become a Regional Sales Manager. From there, Holly transitioned into the role of a Senior Business Analyst, followed by a Senior Product Manager and Director of Business Development. In 2019, they were promoted to the position of Vice President of the Program Management Office and, most recently, became the Senior Vice President in the same department in 2021.

Holly Allaire has also obtained multiple certifications including MSIM, CPCU, AAI, AINS, and PMP, which demonstrates their dedication to professional growth and expertise in the insurance industry.

Holly Allaire, MSIM, CPCU, AAI, AINS, PMP, obtained their Master of Science in Insurance Management from Boston University in 2022. Their field of study was Business Administration and Management, specifically focusing on insurance. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Southern New Hampshire University.

In addition to their academic achievements, Holly has obtained several certifications. Holly is a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute since June 2023. Holly is also a Certified Scrum Product Owner, certified by the Scrum Alliance since January 2019. Furthermore, they have completed the Agile Basics for Scrum Teams course at Rally Agile University in August 2016.

Holly has specialized certifications in the insurance industry as well. Holly is a Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) certified by The Institutes. Holly obtained this certification in 2015. Holly is also an Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI) and an Associate in General Insurance (AINS), both certified by The Institutes in 2012. Additionally, they are a General Lines Agent (220) certified by the Florida Department of Insurance since 1999.

Lastly, Holly is a CPCU in Good Standing as of December 2020, maintaining their active status with The Institutes.
