James "Jim" has worked on various projects, including the development of a digital IoT package tracker device and software service and the design of a patent-pending digital package tracking system. Additionally, Welty has experience as the Director of Software Product Development at Cloverleaf Media and as a Product Owner and Solutions Manager at The vdR Group, Inc. James "Jim" has also worked as a Software Product and IT Solutions Consultant at Robot Apocalips, managing software, hardware, and networking technologies for various clients.
Jim Welty earned their Master of Science in Integrated Design, Business and Technology from the University of Southern California's Iovine and Young Academy for Arts, Technology, and the Business of Innovation from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Science in Design and Technology from California State University, Fullerton, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Redlands. In addition to their formal education, Jim obtained certifications such as Cyber Awareness Training and HIPAA for Business Associates from HIPAA Exams in March 2021. James "Jim" also became a Certified Blockchain Expert through the Blockchain Council in March 2018.
