Victoria Pharis has extensive experience in various roles within the fields of insurance, education, and human resources. Currently serving as an Innovator at Frontline Insurance since May 2016, Victoria's previous positions include Billing Manager, Billing Center Supervisor, and Business Support Specialist. Prior experience includes a short tenure as a Substitute Teacher at Seminole County Public Schools, and a comprehensive background at Collect Southeast, LLC, as an HR Generalist and Compliance Officer, where responsibilities encompassed hiring processes, policy maintenance, payroll processing, and regulatory compliance. Victoria also worked as a Territory Sales Representative at G&K Services, achieving sales targets and engaging in customer relationship management. Educational qualifications include a BS in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and completion of the Educator Preparation Institute at Seminole State College of Florida.
