Jen Young Heymoss

Jen Young Heymoss is an accomplished leader in the fields of philanthropy, consulting, and education. As the Senior Director of the Consulting Practice at Frontline Solutions, Jen drives equity-driven consulting projects in collaboration with philanthropic and nonprofit organizations. Additional roles include serving as a philanthropic practice expert in residence for the Council of Michigan Foundations and founding the Michigan Transformation Collective to support community systems transformation. Jen has a rich history in leadership positions, including Vice President of Initiatives and Public Policy at the Kalamazoo Community Foundation and Director of Clinical Experiences at Western Michigan University. With extensive experience as an independent consultant through Radical Literacy Consulting, LLC, and a background in education, Jen emphasizes anti-oppressive practices, strategic partnerships, and community empowerment throughout various initiatives. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Socio-Cultural Studies of Education and enrollment in the Racial Healing Certificate Program at the Clinton School of Public Service.
