Tim Fentress serves as the Senior Consulting Practice Director at NetSuite, leading a team of ERP consultants focused on Advanced Customer Support services. With a strong background in cloud computing and IT infrastructure, Tim previously held roles such as Senior Solutions Architect at Demand Solutions Group, where the consulting practice was acquired by NetSuite, and VP of Business Systems at Beacon Solutions, providing IT services to global companies. Tim's early experience includes consulting on IT infrastructure management and serving as Director of Technology Infrastructure at Brown-Forman, where significant advancements in technology were implemented. Tim holds a B.S. in Computer Science (Cum Laude) from Eastern Kentucky University.
