Lucy Castillo has extensive experience in organizational development, training, and leadership roles. Lucy has worked with various organizations such as Frontline Solutions, Education Board Partners, and Teach For America in positions ranging from Lead, People & Culture to Chief Equity Officer. Lucy has a Master's in Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Baruch College and Seton Hall University, respectively. With a background in program development, training, and talent management, Lucy has effectively collaborated with government and non-profit organizations to meet their development goals and maximize resources.
