Rhonda C. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors, currently serving as Co-Founder and Principal at ARDNT Strategies since November 2023 and as Lead of Systems and Operational Excellence at Frontline Solutions since June 2022. Rhonda has held significant positions such as Vice President of Culture and Operations at a Private Foundation, Personnel Liaison for the Department of Energy Agency Review Team during the Biden-Harris Transition, and Chief of Staff at Sound Transit. Previous experience includes Deputy Chief of Staff at the U.S. Department of Transportation, White House Liaison and Deputy White House Liaison at the U.S. Department of Energy, and roles at The White House, where Rhonda served as Special Assistant to the White House Counsel.
