VP Sales & Marketing at Froomle

Thomas Steisel has a diverse work experience across various industries and roles. Thomas began their career as an Acuicultor at Atamisque in 2009. Thomas then worked as an Empleado at Bip Computer in 2010, followed by a role as Employé polyvalent at EXKi from 2011 to 2012. In 2015, they joined RTBF as a Communications Officer for a short period of time.

Later that year, Steisel started working at BNP Paribas Fortis as a Project Management Officer CI/CX Individuals, where they helped in setting up project governance structures. Thomas also served as an E2E Processes Consultant, where they built a mechanism to review compliancy with data protection regulations. Thomas then joined ORMIT Belgium as a Trainee in their Digital Leader Program, focusing on digital projects and development.

In 2016, Steisel returned to Hello bank! and served as a Project Manager and Program Manager Big Data, overseeing innovative partnerships and acting as a SPOC for data-related initiatives. Thomas also worked at BNP Paribas Fortis as a Data Strategist from 2018 to 2019.

Since 2019, Steisel has been working at Froomle, starting as a Personalization Strategist and progressing to the role of Head of Sales (Media). In their current role as VP Sales & Marketing, they are responsible for accelerating Froomle's international presence, opening new markets, and coaching the sales team.

Thomas Steisel received a Certificat d'Etudes de Base from Collège Saint-Michel between the years 2003 and 2009. Thomas then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government at Université catholique de Louvain from 2010 to 2013. Following that, they obtained a Master's degree in Economics from the same institution from 2013 to 2015. In 2014, they also completed a Master 2 (M2) in Economics at USP - Universidade de São Paulo.
