Khaled Al Kurdi

Khaled Al Kurdi, PhD, is a highly experienced chemist currently serving as a Staff Engineer at Frore Systems since July 2021, previously holding the role of Senior Engineer - Lead Chemist. Khaled held various leadership positions during academic tenure at the Georgia Institute of Technology, including Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant, where responsibilities encompassed safety management, organic and polymer synthesis, materials characterization, and teaching assistance for undergraduate students. Khaled also engaged in industrial relations as Industrial Relations Chair for the Georgia Tech Student Polymer Network and was the Deputy Vice President for Student Life at the Georgia Tech Graduate Student Association, focusing on graduate wellness initiatives. International research experience includes a visiting researcher role at Monash University and prior research assistant positions at the American University of Beirut and Georgia Tech. Khaled earned a PhD in Chemistry and Biochemistry from the Georgia Institute of Technology and holds a B.S. in Chemistry-Business from the American University of Beirut.
