The leadership team at Frost Motion has a history of working in the advertising and production industries. They have worked as executives, producers, and creative directors at various companies, including SPILLT, Crispin Porter + Bogusky, IMPOSSIBLE, and Daily Planet Productions. They have also received education from the Savannah College of Art and Design in computer arts.
