Annamari Pansegrouw

Annamari Pansegrouw has extensive experience in client services and management, currently serving as a Manager - Client Value Enhancement Executive at Frost & Sullivan International since March 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing staff performance and maintaining client accounts. Prior to this role, Annamari held the position of Team Leader in the same division, focusing on training, addressing client challenges, and enhancing client relationships from December 2011. Annamari began with Frost & Sullivan as a CVE Executive from 2006 to 2011, working on client retention strategies. Annamari's earlier career includes roles as a Corporate Secretarial Administrator at BDO Spencer Steward CT and in a corporate secretarial agency at Fiduciary Trust, where client registration and administrative support were key duties. Annamari holds a BPrim Ed degree from the University of Pretoria, obtained from 1991 to 1995.
